Privacy notice

This notice is a working draft for the marketing site. It is not a substitute for counsel review before a paid pilot or any processing of client fund data.

Who we are

Zirp operates this website and the contact form on it. Enquiries go to hello@mail.zirp.ai.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form we store your name, work email, company, role, an optional fund-count range, markets of interest, your message, and routine request metadata (time, user agent, referrer). We do not run advertising pixels on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a first conversation. That is a legitimate interest in responding to a business contact you initiated.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our hosted database (Supabase) and a copy is emailed to us (Resend). Both providers process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep unsuccessful enquiries for 24 months, then delete them. If we enter a commercial relationship, the record becomes part of that client file under a separate agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of the contact record by emailing hello@mail.zirp.ai. Please do not send us personal data of your underlying investors through this form.

Client fund and holdings data

This notice covers the public website only. Internal (Tier 2) client data is not collected here. Any later processing of holdings, sub-advisory terms, or similar will sit under a signed agreement and a written data-handling summary.
